Born in 1981 in Hyderabad, India, known as the city of Nawabs, Mohammed Abdul Rasul started his journey of arts when he discovered that his pencil works could take him a long way into the world of arts. Born in 1981 in Hyderabad, India, known as the city of Nawabs, Mohammed Abdul Rasul started his journey of arts when he discovered that his pencil works could take him a long way into the world of arts. He was only seven years old when he was first given an appreciation and recognition for his artwork in a school competition. Later, as he grew up M.A. Rasul tried his hands on multiple masterpieces to hone his skills and ultimately joined the Shri Venkateshwara College of fine arts to embrace an artist career.
He was awarded by various famous organizations such as UNICEF, Salar Jung Museum, State Bank of India, Vijay Arts Academy, and Munsif Daily, and was first invited as a judge for a painting competition in 2001. The press club Hyderabad honoured him with the recognition as one among the best seven-city youth in the year 2002. With his interest and zeal to learn, he could also meet the world-renowned artist of the century Mr. M. F. Husain and was appreciated for his works and was also guided with professional experiences and innovative ideas.
M.A. Rasul moved to Dubai in 2005 in pursuit of his career. His interest in creative thinking led him to interior decoration and he was appointed in 2007 to produce the interior works for a royal sheikhs’ family villa in Dubai.
